There are always positive changes that arise out of catastrophes and the COVID-19 pandemic is no exception. Social distancing, a plethora of hand sanitizers, and changes to our daily lifestyles with regular handwashing have led to a dramatic decrease in flu prevalence. We’ve also seen a rise in telehealth, giving more people options for healthcare, especially those without insurance. Although the pandemic seems to be waning, telehealth is continuing to grow, reaching an unprecedented number of patients.

It seems that telehealth is here to stay.
