Consent

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in RefillGenie. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website. By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Demographics: The personal information that you are asked to provide may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, past medical history, medication list, allergy list and in certain cases, a recent blood pressure reading and/or lab results. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. Log Files: RefillGenie follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Independent Laboratory and Pharmacies: We may also share your information with your designated pharmacy or laboratory. We will share your information as needed so you can receive these services. Your information will be treated in accordance with those third parties’ privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may share Personal Information with certain service providers. These include hosting and server services, data, and cybersecurity services, billing and payment processing services, data optimization and marketing services, content providers, and our legal and financial advisors. Such service providers may have access to Personal Information according to their particular roles and purposes. All third-party service providers sign a Business Associate Agreement to ensure your information is protected.

The right to access, copy or inspect your PHI: You may inspect and obtain a copy of your health information that we maintain, or direct us to send a copy of your health information to another person designated by you in writing. We are not required to agree to those restrictions unless the disclosure is to a health plan for a payment or healthcare operation purpose and is not otherwise required by law, and the PHI relates solely to a healthcare item or service for which we have been paid out-of-pocket in full. Internet, Electronic Mail, and the Right to Obtain Copy of Paper Notice on Request: We will prominently post a copy of this Notice on our website. Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

We currently do not allow advertising partners to use our platform to advertise.

Third-Party Privacy Policies

RefillGenie’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.

Children’s Information

The Services are only for users of the age of 18 or older. If you are under the age of 18, please do not attempt to register with us or provide any personal information about yourself to us at any time for the Services. We assume our Services are used by adults. We respect the privacy of parents and children and are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). With respect to those Services that ask for age, we do not collect personal information from individuals who identify themselves as under the age of 13 except in those limited circumstances where we believe that such collection is permitted under COPPA.

We may ask prospective users to provide their age during the registration process and at other times while using the Services. If a user indicates that he or she is under the age of 13 then all personal data collected during the registration process is automatically deleted.
